Overweek Oats!

I tell patients often about this super-easy breakfast recipe you can make a week's-worth in one batch. It saves time in the morning and is a delicious, nutritious start to your day!


Blueberry Cacao Overnight Oats:

3 Cups Steel Cut Oats

3 Cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

3 Cups Boiling Water

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1Tbsp chia seeds

1Tbsp milled flax seed

2-3 Tbsp Cacao Powder to taste


Stir all ingredients and place in the fridge for breakfast all week!


Try "chips n dip" with apple slices too!
